Unlike Toyama no Benbei here, he has a full ninja suit and everything. I don't remember why he rapes his victims. I think it's cause he's paid to do it to teach them a lesson or something. He throws cuffs or sneaks up and cuffs them, tear their clothes off and proceeds to rape them. None of the silly seduction crap! One of his victims, he knocked out to bring back to his lair, an abandoned warehouse with a giant web made of rope, just so he can rape her, tied to his web. It was pretty great and hilarious stuff.
