The reason the nutrition "facts" on the back of the package say zero protein is because it shows 0 for anything less than one, and it's measuring the protein in ONE cricket. .2 oz is about 5.67 grams, and 12.9% of that is about .73 grams. So you are getting .73 grams of protein. Eat ten of those things and you just ate about seven grams of protein.
