Here's an odd short for you. It's a little something I like to call Cereal Noir -- a dirge of sorts about stale Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Reese's Peanut Butter Puffs, and Peanut Butter Crunch. Stale cereal tastes like dust. (3/30/05)
HAPPY EASTER, EVERYONE! From Scary-Crayon to you, here's a Dusty Plastic HELL Easter Hot Flash. It's like an Easter card! Roll your cursor over the image to find how the Easter Bunny is celebrating this holiday. (3/27/05)

And the Scary-Crayon assembly line keeps it rollin' with Dusty Plastic HELL: Hot Flash #32! Same old drawings, brand new text... call it an exercise in interpretation and an exploration of the infinity of meaning. Yes. (3/21/05)
In A Crayon Haiku #27, we welcome Bulma of Dragon Ball fame to Scary-Crayon! Yeah, toys are always popping up on here, but few of them have as special a place in my heart as Bulma. Must be the blue hair... (3/21/05)
Scary-Crayon continues its exploration of the depths of the slumbering mind in Dusty Plastic HELL: Hot Flash #31! This installment relates a dream Wes had not too long ago. It's actually kinda cute if you think about it. (3/19/05)
Yep, today we're gonna tempt your tastebuds with a unique and extra special St. Patrick's Day-inspired dish -- Peanut Butter Pesto Okra & Zucchini Pizza! It may not be pretty, but at least it's green, green, green! (3/17/05)

On the ominous ides of March we witness the debut of an ongoing comic within the Dusty Plastic HELL: Hot Flash series -- The Suicidal Vampire #1! And if it makes you sad, remember: Everything is dust in the wind. (3/15/05)
Wes's adventures as a horribly mistreated and underpaid bookstore employee continue in Dusty Plastic HELL: Hot Flash #28! This time, Wes gets sucked into a vortex and stranded in an alternate dimension. What? (3/14/05)
Both gross and depressing, A Crayon Haiku #26 features a few photos from Wes's most recent trip to NYC. Strange photos. Unpleasant photos. Photos of poop and snow and stuff. Seriously. View at your own risk. (3/14/05)
Dusty Plastic HELL: Hot Flash #27, the second episode in our mass-produced Hot Flash template experiment, touches on a topic everyone seems to love -- the kids! Pedophiles like touching on kids too, you know. (3/11/05)

Scary-Crayon (dot com) is an eldritch internet chronicle of random crap, similar to X-Entertainment, I-Mockery, Encyclopedia Obscura, and Ice Anvil Online, to name a few. There are others, of course (see the sidebar links), because there's a lot of random crap out there, and no one site (or even a handful of sites) could hope to cover all of it. We're not trying to counterfeit any hip cats or plunder anyone's thunder -- we're just doing our part to help. These days, we do webcomics too! :D
Scary-Crayon is written and run by Wes (visit my personal site/blog!), though Megami (see Meighan.com, currently hibernating) and Jax have been known to write guest pieces for the site on occasion. (Hopefully we'll have other contributors from time to time.) So unless you're replying directly to Megami or Jax regarding one of their pieces -- or you wish to profess your undying love for our sexy guest writers -- all inquiries, comments, criticisms, praises, and the like regarding Scary-Crayon should be sent to Wes. C'mon -- don't be shy! Crayons don't bite. At least, normal crayons don't...
And HEY! Did I mention we take donations? ^_____^
Anyway, we sincerely hope you enjoy Scary-Crayon. Feel free to send an e-mail and let us know what you think! Aaaand y'all come back now, y'hear? :)
